We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to ensure that our offices are running effectively on a day-to-day basis and support the People and Operations department on various missions.
Office Life.
Attached to the company Headquarters, is responsible for constant good operations of the main office Requests the necessary purchase orders for the main office Manages relationships with local partners Manages computer equipment at the HQ with the IT Manager Centralizes and manages company travel requests (transport, hotel, vehicle, etc) Admin and Accounting.
Management of expense reports and budget monitoring related to the organization of team events Support the people team on various admin topics Company culture.
Prepare onboarding packs for new arrivals Work on various QVT topics (quality of life at work) to ensure the well-being of the team Organize seasonal office events, to ensure a great atmosphere and engagement of the staff onsite (Afterworks, physical and virtual events, etc.) You give us your skills, dedication and enthusiasm, and here’s what you get back.
