Grupo La Familia is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our fast-growing team in Marbella. You’ll be helping with client support for Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals, as well as assisting with general office duties and phone inquiries over time.
Tasks
Your tasks will include:
Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries for Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals
Managing incoming emails and providing timely responses to clients
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, organizing, and scheduling
Handling basic client support and addressing requests or concerns
Requirements
Your profile:
✔️ Fluent in English and Spanish (a must)
➕ Bonus if you speak French or Dutch
✔️ Friendly, reliable, and hands-on
✔️ Good with people and comfortable on the phone
✔️ Strong email communication skills
✔️ Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
Benefits
What we're offering:
🕐 Part-time position: 5 days a week, 4 hours per day
📍 Based in our Marbella office
💶 Salary: €600–€800/month (net), depending on experience
🚗 A car is required (some local errands may be needed)
