rovide a warm and professional welcome to spa guests, ensuring each arrival sets the tone for a relaxing and personalized experience.
ssist with appointment scheduling, check-ins and check-outs, both in person and over the phone, while upholding the highest brand standards.
aintain a calm and organized reception area, preparing treatment schedules and coordinating with spa therapists and wellness professionals.
tay informed about spa treatments, promotions, and wellness offerings to provide accurate recommendations and guidance.
ollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience throughout their stay.

This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday.
Please note that housing is not included.
ur internship programs require 6-month availability.

You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
