Your contribution.
Creation, provision, and tracking of all necessary documents, especially purchase agreements, to enable a successful acquisition, including after notarization Creation of contracts (both lease and purchase agreements) up to the point of being ready for signature and subsequent approval, involving the legal department as needed You are the first point of contact for real estate matters for internal departments and external suppliers, especially for notaries, authorities, and municipalities Support of the department and external service providers in the creation and finalization of contracts, ensuring contract quality Independent handling of correspondence with owners, landlords, and notaries Coordination and administration of all departmental activities, such as appointment organization and email management   What makes you stand out.
A successful apprenticeship as a notary assistant At least 3 years of professional experience in a notary's office, preferably in the area of real estate law or the drafting of purchase agreements Profound knowledge of the purchase process for land and equivalent rights Experience in drafting framework agreements and usage agreements with landlords Very good language skills in English and German What we offer.
