Opis stanowiska Poprawne i terminowe wystawianie faktur (faktury sprzedaży, korekt sprzedaży, faktur zaliczkowych) zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami podatkowymi i rachunkowymi oraz wewnętrznymi wytycznymi Księgowanie faktur oraz kontrola poprawności księgowań faktur sprzedaży w systemie finansowo- księgowym Odpowiedzialność za kompletowanie dokumentacji fakturowej zgodnej z wytycznymi agencji w celu prawidłowego wystawienia i wysłania faktury do klienta Bieżąca analiza i kontrola zapisów w systemie finansowo-księgowym (konta przychodów, kosztów, produkcji w toku) w celu poprawnego i terminowego fakturowania; Bieżąca analiza otwartych zleceń i kosztorysów w celu terminowego fakturowania i zamykania zleceń agencyjnych; zamykanie zleceń; Przygotowanie innych raportów zleconych przez przełożonego oraz wymaganych przez agencje; Przygotowanie dokumentacji dla potrzeb audytu zewnętrznego i wewnętrznego.
Kwalifikacje Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane w obszarze księgowości lub finansów) Znajomość języka angielskiego i hiszpańskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym - poziom min.
