ML TECH LEAD

Oversee the end-to-end development deployment and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms.
Ensuring the teams DevOps best practices and improve the automation of our processes  Lead mentor and manage a team of ML engineers providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering and operations to integrate ML models into the companys architecture and workflows.
Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and systems for production.
Ensure the reliability scalability and efficiency of deployed models through regular monitoring and performance tuning.
Stay updated with industry trends tools and best practices to continuously improve the ML workflow.
Create technical documentation code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications.
Experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in developing deploying and managing machine learning models in production.
Experience.
initial experience in management/ leading teams is required  Technical Skills.
Proficiency in Python and its ML libraries/frameworks (e.
.
TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms data preprocessing techniques and model evaluation metrics.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.
.
AWS GCP Azure) and ML deployment frameworks (e.
.
MLflow Kubeflow)  Familiarity with data engineering workflows and tools (e.
.
Spark Airflow)   Good knowledge of DataBricks would be a plus  Proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English   & French to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
