Do you want to be part of a large industrialization project in Belgium?  We need 2 engineering profiles ideally with experience in the aerospace sector for the production department, to join our client's projects in Belgium.
METAL BONDING EXPERT METAL FORMING EXPERT Mission As a Metal expert engineer, your job will be to ensure that the production workshop meets internal and external requirements.
To do this, you will work closely with the production management and the operational support teams (Competence Center, Quality, Scheduling) to define how the production workshops should operate in order to meet product requirements as efficiently as possible.
Its role will also include the industrialization of new products (definition of manufacturing methods, monitoring of the production of the first parts) and the definition of new production equipment (technical review with suppliers, validation of specifications, installation monitoring, etc.).
Roles and responsibilities.
Analyze customer specifications, create or modify internal procedures in accordance with such customer specifications, or issue any deviation requests; Provide technical support to production, in particular by training operators; Participate in "Quality" analyses with the operational team in order to define appropriate actions to eliminate defects.
Participate in quotation exercises within the framework of an award; Carry out the industrialization of the new products to be manufactured; Define the needs and ensure the implementation of new production means; Audit processes to check that they are implemented in accordance with the applicable requirements; Use their skills to assist production in solving technical problems; What can ISATI offer you? Requirements   Education.
University degree in industrial/civil engineering with technical orientation, or equivalent experience; English and French minimum B2+ level (or equivalent).
ability to hold discussions with office and production personnel.
Experience and knowledge.
3 to 5 years of experience in a function linked to a production workshop (Industrialization / Expertise).
Interest in technical issues.
You are comfortable using Office tools.

You are organized, autonomous, reactive and results-oriented; diplomatic and have good communication skills.
You have a good capacity for synthesis and analysis; people skills and enjoy working in a team.
