We work across various industries globally and are actively looking for proficient MEP Supervisor to join our team across Europe including Warsaw in Poland, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and Madrid in Spain(In each locations). In this pivotal role, you will guarantee compliance with local and international regulations, implement robust health and safety measures, and foster a safety-centric culture within our organization. The successful candidates will receive direct support from and report to the ASafe Global Management.Your Role:Lead project management, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence for construction activities, including data center resilience initiatives.Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring total project quality and driving troubleshooting efforts for equipment failures.Provide operational support, oversee efficient project turnovers, and lead internal and external teams.Travel to data center sites for engineering evaluations and strategic capacity management.Manage MEP design and engineering, ensuring compliance and integration with architectural elements.Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors, oversee MEP installation, and negotiate contracts.Conduct site inspections, coordinate commissioning activities, and manage MEP documentation.Provide technical support to project teams and clients, staying updated on industry trends.What you'll need to succeed:Experience managing data center projects, with 3+ years in Data Center Engineering or Operations and Construction Management.7+years of experience in related fields.
