he end-to-end DevOps management of following applications (Oracle Siebel - CRM (Ops), FastTrack-Vetting (Ops), Warehouse Management Systems (Matflo and Freight Intelligence) (DevOps), OEDQ -Data Cleanser (DevOps),DV360(DevOps), DDE (DevOps) and RPA, including managing the following services (XDS, BAVS) Your responsibilities will include.
Vendor Management.
Budget Management Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods.
Recommend appropriate service levels and continual service improvements.
Implement system changes through automation, process change, managed solutions, and training.
Conduct diagnostic investigations of application errors, conduct post-mortems, and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for resolution.
Environment Management.
Capacity Planning Manage PI demand and capacity for business unit.
Agile principles compliance.
Participate in Vendors Monthly Reviews Manage Disaster recovery plans during downtime and/or major disasters.
Update and Implement policies and procedures for business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Working Knowledge on the following business areas.
Retail, Credit and Risk, Billing, Warehouse, Sales Order Processing, Retentions, Product and Services Technical Knowledge for the following systems.
CRM, Credit Vetting, Warehouse Management System, Sales Order Processing and Content Management.
