Job Description The Manager, Business Insights provides reporting and analytics of customer insights and how they impact the business, including regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Develops robust market insights to inform digital innovation recommendations by leveraging market research, competitive benchmarking, scenario planning, and other strategy tools  Works with colleagues in Marketing to design and conduct Primary research of patients, customers, physicians and payors and request targeted secondary research  Stay abreast of fast-moving market and competitive developments   Manager research agencies for continuous research   Responsible for Data Insight Team Program and Project Management and tracking of key project   Responsible for Data Insight team processes  (strategy and budget planning and tracking, talent management, financial performance tracking, recruitment tracking)   Responsible for Cross-business governance processes (data access and usage, data protection)   Responsible for effective engagement with Finance and Talent Acquisitions   Responsible for Project, Revenue and Billing processes with other departments  Responsible for communications within the team, across broader user communities and business, plus external PR and communications management as needed     Qualifications Demonstrated experience within Business Development analysis  Strong Salesforce knowledge Additional Information We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating an equal opportunities workplace and a human-centric environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages can contribute and grow.
