Responsibilities.
Manages and directs its teams in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on a 24/7 schedule Conducts factory tours to identify and/or evaluate work to be done or in progress Prioritizes, schedules, and distributes work to maintenance teams Ensures the execution of purchase orders Participates in maintenance work as required Ensures that all duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures Establishes and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all plant equipment Establishes and maintains an appropriate inventory level of spare parts Maintains and updates drawings of equipment, components, and electrical schematics Works in conjunction with equipment manufacturers to implement the best possible solutions to achieve production objectives Ensures the operation and maintenance of production equipment Ensures maintenance reports are completed accurately and on time Responsible for investigations and corrective actions following equipment breakdowns and breakdowns Generates and implements improvement ideas for production operations Ensures the management and execution of various works and projects (CAPEX) Is available for emergency and "over-call" outages, as needed Ensures an ongoing training plan for maintenance personnel Conducts evaluations of maintenance employees Actively participates within the management team in the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Program (WCM) Any other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization ¿Es este trabajo para ti?
