LOGISTICS PARTNER SPECIALIST

Located in Madrid, we work with teams from all over the world to build the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.Requirements: • Build logistics partners relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.• Lead recurrent business review meetings with key transportation 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup.• Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.• Support the onboarding of new logistics partners in the platform from an operational point of view (cut off times, capacities, SLAs, etc)• Work with different internal & external stakeholders in diverse projects to improve continuously service levels & bring efficiency into operations.• Problem solving mindset to anticipate operational issue and proactively improve logistics service level.Qualifications:• At least 2 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.• Good relationship with logistics partners, mainly domestic courier companies in Spain.• Very strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.• Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.• Attention to detail and communication skills.• Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.• Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.• Fluent in Spanish and English languages.If you think you are the perfect match to this role, please send us your CV, we would like know more about you!Please send us your CV in English!
