LOCALIZATION ACCOUNT MANAGER (WITH FRENCH) FOR DIGITAL ACCOUNTS

Position Summary: The Account Manager will focus on client relationship, account growth and profitability, as well as strategy and consulting of the client on best practices to going global. The Account Manager will need to manage complex multi-market website projects from large and medium international corporations. This role requires someone who is business and tech-savvy, strategic thinker, has strong communication and problem solving-skills and has high level of Cultural Intelligence. The candidate should have localization sales or account management experience (note that this is not a sales position but upselling in assigned accounts will be needed). The candidate should feel comfortable communicating with digital marketing executives and have confidence leading online content/website projects with the help of production, technology and quality teams. Having experience in fashion retail industry will be considered a plus. The candidate will form a part of an international Account Managers within global Client Services team. Position responsibilities: Being the account’s leader and point-of-contact for internal and key client stakeholders. Steering the internal dedicated account team consisting of project managers, solution engineers, quality language staff and others by example – with sense of ownership, accountability, responsiveness, precision and strategic thinking Management and growth of the relationship with the client by daily interactions by phone, email, via TDC technology as well as formal online and F2F meetings. This includes leading initiatives such as data analysis, reporting and hosting client business reviews and meetings. Working with the client and the internal teams overseeing the full life-cycle of projects, managing expectations, account and project scope, budgeting and forecasts, and overall execution keeping profitability and growth. Manage feedback following project delivery to build KPIs and ROI reports as part of the account framework. Regularly assess the account and client’s situation to proactively propose improved solutions Support new business efforts by taking an active role in sales initiatives such as sales meetings, calls, RFPs and networking events. Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture. Work on accounts’ growth in collaboration with sales executives. Essential skills and experience required: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 3-year college or university.Minimum 2 years of full time experience in client management and/or business relationship development, preferably in a multicultural international setupSuperior written and spoken business communication skills in French and English (Italian and/or Spanish welcome) Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of confidence – this is a 100% client facing and teams coordination roleStrategic and solutions-oriented mindsetProven ability to multitask keeping a proactive and positive attitude, ownership, accountability and attention to detailHunger to learn and understand the client’s industry and landscapeProficiency with numbers – calculate budgets, forecasts, discounts. Ability to crunch data and present in business meetingsProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project and social media/digital marketing platforms.
