LEVERAGE FINANCE MANAGER

Purpose of the role: and implement strategies to optimize capital structure, ensuring efficient leverage ratios for the multinational company.and analyze the HBX's capital markets activities, including debt issuance, refinancing, and equity transactions.market research and stay abreast of financial trends to make informed recommendations on capital market opportunities and risks.with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and treasury, to execute capital-related initiatives and transactions.and assess financial market conditions to provide insights into potential impacts on HBX's capital position.and negotiate terms with financial institutions, investment banks, and other stakeholders for capital market transactions.and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and financial institutions to support the HBX's capital strategy.reports and presentations for senior management and board members, outlining capital market activities and recommendations.Responsibilities: and analysis preparation: ensures that the decisions-makers have all the information in due time, quality and form.management: provide regular updates and maintain close contact with Lenders, Rating Agencies, Sponsors, Advisors and internally at HBFinance Market monitoring: identify and anticipate to changes, impact analysis, risk and oppsanalysis: focus on inflation, interest rates, monetary policies, etc. -identify and anticipate to changes, impact analysis, risk and oppsSkills:Independent: Ability to prepare business information for Senior Management targets.Ability to deal with different stakeholders (Sponsors, Lenders, Management, etc.)Strong analytical skills and conceptualStrong business knowledgeCredit Risk knowledge and Balanced risk and returns criteriaExperience and qualifications: demonstrated leverage finance and refinancing skills in advisory previous to joining HB (+6 years)experience leading teamsBusiness Degree
