WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Legal Analyst, you will provide legal advice to SCIB Trade & Working Capital Solutions We need someone like you to help us in different fronts.
Assist TWCS team in the structuring and implementation of receivable purchase and supply chain finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate structured receivables agreements and payment service agreements Review and negotiate insurance contracts from a legal and regulatory perspective Manage internal country legal database Coordination with external legal law firms Assist TWCS team with the development of new initiatives, providing guidance to relevant stakeholders Manage queries from accross the business with regard to legal requirements on TWCS products.
Provide legal advice in connection with the mobilization of TWCS products EXPERIENCE 1-3 years’ experience preferably in an international law firm, banking entity, or asset manager entity.
EDUCATION Degree in Law SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Fluent in English (excellent written and oral skills) If you want to know more about us, follow us on https://www.
