LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

At Factorial we're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who’s not just passionate about growth—but ready to design it, deliver it, and even help build the tools that power it. The Role:
This role is a unique mix of strategic L&D ownership and hands-on contribution to product development. You won’t just implement learning programs—you’ll help shape the way our platform supports learning, development, and employee growth.
You’ll be responsible for:

Designing and implementing scalable, high-impact learning programs (onboarding, soft skills, leadership, etc.).
Build the learning architecture that connects individual growth with organizational capability needs.
Ability to connect learning strategy with broader talent processes such as performance management, career development, and organizational capabilities
Leading onboarding experiences that set the tone for growth and belonging from day one.
Partnering with managers and team leads to assess needs and build tailored development pathways.
Measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives and using data to improve content, formats, and delivery.
Working closely with the Product team to provide user insights, test features, and help design a best-in-class training experience within our platform.
Contributing to global initiatives such as internal mobility, career pathing, and mentoring frameworks.
Supporting other People projects, especially in a scaling environment where agility and collaboration are key.

Your Profile:

Solid experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally in fast-paced, international environments.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Product, to ensure learning tools reflect real user needs.
You combine strategic thinking with operational execution—you can design a program and also deliver it with impact.
Great facilitation and communication skills, in-person and virtual.
Curious, resourceful, and able to thrive in a context of constant growth and change.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Compensation
The salary range for this role is from 28,000€ to 38,000€. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
