LEAD PLANNER & SCHEDULER - EPC PROJECTS

Empresarios Agrupados - Ghesa group provides engineering services for more than 50 years for large industrial projects: energy powerplants (both fission and fusion nuclear powerplants, thermal, thermo-solar, PV, wind, etc.), infrastructures (airports, hospitals...) as well as large telescopes, water fountains, simulation software, IT services, among other.We are looking for an EPC lead planner and scheduler to join a recently created EPC Projects division at Empresarios Agrupados. You will develop your career as a lead planned & scheduler with opportunities to grow and become the head of the planning & scheduling team within the department.Responsibilities:Preparation and update of the project schedule level 2 and 3 in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phases, including client interaction as well as preparation of weekly and monthly reports.Control and follow up of subcontractors in charge of the Engineering, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning.Review, monitoring and preparing project schedule report summaries (including Engineering Master Document List (MDL), Procurement Schedule, Expediting Report, S-Curve and Progress & Invoice Monthly Report) of Master Schedule that have been assigned.Reporting directly to the top management and the clientManage the necessary resources for the different phases of the project.Elaboration of project progress curves based on resources and quantities.Preparation of supporting documents and detailed schedules for possible claims.Preparation of detailed construction and commissioning schedules based on performances and quantities.Preparation of project quantity curves.Management of the planning team that makes up the project.Requirements:Industrial / Mine / Energy Engineering or equivalent 10 years in project planning and scheduling5 years of proven experience in EPC project planning and schedulingDesired experience in project risk analysisDesired Business Intelligence (BI) experienceProficient use of Oracle Primavera P6Proficient use of MS Office toolsAdvanced level of English, both spoken and writtenAdvanced level of Spanish, both spoken and writtenLocation:Madrid (Spain).Geographic mobility:Availability for potential travel in Spain and abroad according to projects .What we offer:Develop career in complex Engineering projectsOpportunities for growth and advancementA collaborative environmentJob stability, compensation in line with the job market and interesting benefits such as:Flexible working hours,Up to 2 days of remote work per week,Continuous 7h work days in the summer period,Lunch vouchers,In-house training with content developed by our experts,Languages classes: English and French, with in-house native speakers,Languages bonuses,Life insurance,Daycare allowance,Array of flexible compensation solutions,Discount on private healthcare solutions.
