If you love taking ideas from whiteboard to soft launch, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a solid track record in hybrid and hyper-casual games — this could be your next great role.
What You’ll Be Doing.
Leading the design of multiple mobile game concepts (hybrid-casual/idle/sim).
Designing compelling core loops, economies, and progression systems.
Prototyping ideas in Unity and collaborating with the team to bring them to market.
Using early KPI data (retention, CPI, etc.) to iterate rapidly and refine concepts.
Working with a cross-functional team across time zones, including collaboration with teams based in Saudi Arabia.
What We’re Looking For.
Proven experience shipping successful hybrid-casual or hyper-casual mobile games, ideally in the idle/sim genre.
Strong systems thinking and economy design skills.
Proficiency in Unity prototyping and agile development processes.
A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of KPI analysis and iterative design.
Excellent remote communication skills and the ability to self-manage across distributed teams.
Deep understanding of the global F2P mobile game market and player behaviour.
