Job Description

Learn to prepare of the daily service and the mise-en-place.Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and the kitchenware.Learn to appropriate use of work machines and individual protection equipment.Correct storage of the prepared products in the appropriate chamber and identification of the preparation date.Annotating the necessary products for the next service.Proper order, cleaning, and maintenance of your work area.Compliance with the environmental policy.

Qualifications

Is currently enrolled in a MBO hotel/tourism or Kitchen education.Is known as enthusiastic, hospitable, team-builder, stress-resistant and representative.Has passion for the hospitality.Does not have to be a specialist already, but you are eager to learn.Speak Spanish and English.Is available for at least 6 months, 5 days per week, 40 hours of practice per week.

Additional Information
