About the role Step into the role of Key Account Manager at Reckitt, where your mastery of relationship-building and strategic partnering with major national trade players will be fundamental in delivering health, hygiene, and nutrition products to consumers.

NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC • Building long term partnership with the customers • Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization) • Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Benckiser commercial strategy and the customers trading terms • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer • Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation • Continuous improvement in the management of the accounts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories The experience we're looking for - Minimun 2 years FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing or Key Account Management.
-The business language in Reckitt is English therefore fluency in this language is essential.
- Strong commercial insight, and astute P&L management with the capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
