You will be part of Finance team reporting directly to the Procurement Manager.
hat you will doCoordinating the purchases in the area of Marketing and HRCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries of goods and servicesWork closely with Accounting team in relation to the invoices and paymentsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditionsCreating PO (purchase orders) in the Oracle NetSuiteMonitor and analysis purchasing trends and make recommendations for improvementsNegotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring complianceReporting company costs directly to department leaders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-makingYour ProfileBachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related fieldPrior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred but not requiredFluent Spanish (at least B2) and EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of ERP systems is a plusPerks of being part of our teamWe care about people and we also offer a lot of benefits for employees.
