Mission and responsibilities.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst with functional vision and experience in GRC, specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM), who wants to take the leap to our global team in the Security domain where you will be able to work with greater autonomy, long-term vision, high visibility and ownership over IAM governance.
As a Senior IAM Analyst, you will be responsible for.
Prepare and/or maintain IAM procedures/flows or any needed documentation.
Provide assurance over the correct execution of IAM controls in all the applications/infrastructure onboarded in Openbank SailPoint instance.
Execute IAM controls across applications/infrastructure not onboarded in Openbank SailPoint instance (manual processes).
Coordinating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (audit, compliance, IT, business) to ensure proper implementation of controls.
Participating in the continuous improvement of IAM processes by proposing automations, role adjustments, and control enhancements.
Supporting the integration of applications into SailPoint from a functional and control perspective.
Documenting procedures, access flows, and compliance evidence in a clear and structured manner.
Acting as a point of reference for IAM topics within the GRC and Security team.
To be successful in the role you must have.
At least 5 years of experience in GRC and IAM roles, ideally in consulting and regulated environments.
Functional knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint, Azure AD / Entra ID, OKTA, One Identity).
Expert level knowledge of Attribute-based access control (ABAC) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).
Ability to communicate clearly and adapt language to different audiences (technical, business, audit).
Experience in executing and monitoring controls, managing evidence, and documentation.
Organized and disciplined working approach tailored to meeting tight deadlines while producing good quality work Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Basic knowledge of AWS, REST, SAML, OAuth, OIDC would be a plus.
