This role will report to the Senior Finance Director and will be located in Titusville, NJ.

The Manager in this role will work closely with Janssen Supply Chain affiliates, Janssen Business Services, JSC NA Commercial Finance, and Janssen Global Tax Planning to report and forecast inventory, intercompany profit alignment, product P&Ls, and a variety of technical accounting areas.  This includes, but is not limited to; understanding business drivers behind changes and variances including supply issues, sales changes, product flows, transfer pricing, GAAP vs Legal Entity accounting, etc.
Responsibilities.
The successful candidate will ensure that AGP financial reporting for quarterly close & forecast processes occur timely, accurately, and compliantly.
Partner with JBS to manage affiliate gross profit compliantly, including NA profit elimination, profit alignment across regions, and process improvements projects.
Ownership of Puerto Rico (PR) legal entity product P&L’s, profit elimination, and profit alignment across regions Manages all reporting and compliance responsibilities for net inventories of over $3 Billion in the U.

and PR Lead team that manages NA technical accounting including Full Absorption, Revaluation, and reporting for both legal and management views.
Ownership of Intercompany Prices Setting process which includes partnering across finance pillar teams to drive consistency in assumptions, deadlines, and processes.
Ownership of consolidating and calculating JSC's exposure to foreign currency.
Partner with Intercompany team to manage and resolve out of balance items between JSC and affiliates.
This position will be leading changes, driving process improvements, and identifying standardization opportunities within Pharm Supply Chain.
This position will also work closely with tax counterparts to understand and assist in the implementation of transfer pricing models and new product launches.
Lead and develop a team located in Titusville Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting.
A CPA and/or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of Accounting or related business experience is required.
Experience with SAP is strongly preferred Prior Supply Chain Finance and/or Pharm sector experience is required.
A continuous improvement mindset with an ability to effectively, independently represent SC Finance and take on leadership roles in various functions, prioritize projects and possess strong problem-solving skills is required Strong financial analysis skills is required.
Ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills is required.
This position will be based in Titusville, NJ.   The base pay range for this position is  PG 31 The base pay range for this position is $ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
