#LI-Hybrid Job Description Assist recruiters to manage job postings.
Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidates, making sure they have all necessary information (detailed directions, interview logistics, etc.) Coordinate with Travel Manager & Office Managers and with internal stakeholders.
Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group.
Host all candidates coming in house for a tour and getting them from interview to interview.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interviewing teams.
Act as an ambassador of Nexthink and create a strong employer-of-choice brand.
Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs, when needed.
Search best practices in candidates experience.
Proactive candidate search.
Market analysis.
#LI-Hybrid Qualifications CFC, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of prior administrative experience; 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is key.
You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
You are collaborative and a team player.
Proficiency with usual Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
Ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
Strong interest in technology would be a plus.
