What You'll Do.

You’ll manage collections for key corporate clients, ensuring payments are made on time and issues are resolved promptly.

What you’ll bring Experience in Collections.
You’ve worked in collections before and understand the importance of timely payments.
Native Speaker.
Fluent in Flemish, French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your own laptop & high-speed internet is essential for this role.
Persuasion Pro.
You have strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to guide customers to the best solutions.
Customer Service Champion.
Excellent communication, quick thinking, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Tech-Savvy.
You know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
