Descripción Manage IT team department.
-Manage IT infrastructure.
-To execute OT (process automation) in order to assure proper platform setup (FAT/SAT) for laboratory and production equipment.
-Manage and administrate of industrial software (BMS, serialization, laboratory software,..) and corporate software.
-To act as a main project manager for projects related for proper implementation of company's software (acting as a main System Owner), in cooperation with other involved stakeholders.
-To organize activities inside IT department planning budget, personnel resources, supplier service outsourcing and training programs in direct contact with Operations Department and General Direction.
-To manage the proper maintenance and installation of computerized systems (CS) inside the company's IT infrastructure following the safety and data protection policies.
-To actively participate on implementation of company standards regarding the proper management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
-To implement and manage proper user rights following company's standards based on user management policies.
-To actively participate on management of deviations in case some of them are concerned to the normal functioning of IT infrastructure.
-To follow properly the company Standard Operating Procedures on which Head of IT department has agreed specific responsibilities.
-To coordinate the execution of disaster recovery activities and participate on implementation of business continuity programs based on CS lifecycle policies.
-To support on execution of qualification protocols on IT infrastructure -To assure proper access on technical resources necessary for CSV activities.
-To actively participate on continuous improvement programs related to IT topics.
-To assure the use of approved suppliers for those who have a direct intervention in the IT activities, defining properly the services agreement and responsibilities for each party.
-To manage, the proper supply of IT materials (Hardware and Software) for the normal functioning of the company.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? -Master's degree in Computerized System / IT engineering.
-Proven experience working on pharmaceutical environment following of Annex 11 of EU-GMP and 21 CFR requirements.
-Experience in ERP implementation (specially in SAP) -Understanding on Operational Technology processes in cooperation with software configuration suppliers.
-Proven ability to manage priorities to consistently deliver on time against tight project deadlines.
-Ability to work independently and to solve problems.
-Ability to effectively and clearly communicate into English and Spanish- both written and verbal.
-Flexible mind for work in a multinational, multitask and multiteam environment.
