To make this expansion a success, you will have to define the whole sales strategy in this market, in collaboration with the help of the teams based in Paris (the global sales team will help you to understand the needs of potential customers and how we close them in our domestic market to achieve your goals) and in Barcelona (4 sales are already working from there).
You will be in a full-cycle mode, prospecting new outbound opportunities through cold calling and closing those prospects during demos to get our first customers in Italy.

Lead the commercial deployment strategy in Germany Identify the most relevant segments in coordination with the growth marketing team Design your prospection and closing strategy in collaboration with the global sales team Cold call and close potential customers to achieve your targets Collect key information about the market and your buyer personae Collaborate with the Product team to adapt our features to your customers’ need Create scalable processes to start the construction of a future international department Manage a SDR The little extra of our offer* depending on your results and attitude, you could take over responsibilities quickly to expand our growth.;)Your Hero profile ? Graduate of an engineering or business school, you have at least 3 years of experience in sales, in a full-cycle modeExperience in the fintech, in financial services industry or in consulting firms is a plusHunter’s soul.
