Join Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of the Capgemini Group!Role description:You will be working with the world’s largest and most innovative Telecommunication companies as a consultant and solution architect for IT transformations:You will assist Telecom operators with IT architectural leadership and visionYou will craft IT transformation strategies and programs for Telecom operators in alignment with industry standards and trendsYou will be an advisor to CIOs and CxOs with a combination of style and substance.You will be up to date with latest technologies and vendor solutionsYou will design IT architectures at various levels of detail by connecting business needs and solutions with end-to-end perspective across process, functional, application, integration and data dimensionsYou will work collaboratively in cross-functional teams including clients and partnersYou will contribute with your Telco IT expertise to consulting business development and project deliveryYou will guide execution of IT transformation initiatives by leveraging your experience and by applying state-of-the-art methodologies and best practicesYou will apply your communication and analytical skills to ensure successful delivery and achievement of objectivesYou will leverage your leadership and interpersonal skills to successfully manage teams and multiple stakeholder relationshipsDomain areas of expertise:Telco IT architecture across BSS and OSS domains for B2C and B2B segments along the Lead-to-Cash cycle including:Digital front-end and e-commerceCustomer managementProduct catalog and orderingProvisioningRevenue managementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunication engineering or a related fieldA minimum of 10 years of experience in Telco BSS and OSS, either in top tier consultancies, telecom operators or telecom vendorsProven track record of designing and implementing Telco IT solutions as well as playing leading roles in complex IT transformation programs for Tier 1 telcosIn-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Telco IT architecture; Relevant certifications (e.g. ODA, TOGAF are a plus)Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to drive consulting engagements and build consulting deliverablesLeadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at senior level, as well as to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong professional focus and interest in the Telecommunication and Technology industriesNative or fluent in English and SpanishBSS or OSS (knowledge of Other side a strong plus) At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow...
