IT TEAM LEADER

This is your opportunity!We are looking for an IT team leader who is passionate about people and leads a team of 20 people. We have 2 open positions to lead teams: one position will be in charge of leading teams that are in charge of providing IT support to our customers and the other position will be in charge of leading developers.Team Lead responsibilities:Supports personal development, coaching of employees and employee retention.Shows long term development opportunities including training and coaching and enforces the participation in required training.Support administrative leadership tasks (LEAD-IT, Salary, Vacation, and permissions) in consultation with the business streams.Provides cross-functional standards (technical & economic), if necessary and creates synergies by facilitating exchange and collaboration between different capability teams within and across capabilities.Closely aligns with the business streams on a regular basis to discuss topics such as resource planning and performance evaluation of team members.Oversees skills and future needs of people within the capability team.Executes necessary disciplinary actions.Communicates relevant information to employees.Responsible for the resource planning of internal capacities. Handles allocation of employees to projects.Manage successfully new demands. Provide the best fit resources / skills to the different needs that reach to the capability.Impulse an innovation and continuous improvement mindset in the capability team.Definition of team goals.Understanding and analyzing business issues, opportunities, and trends; understanding market dynamics and customer behavior, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.Experience requested:5 years leading big IT teams (IT support, developers, product owner, consultants, etc)Conflict management, people oriented, customer oriented, resilient, a strong sense of empowerment, fostering trust and inspiration, a co-creative mindset that thrives on collaborative innovation.Proven experience in support and operations management incl. stakeholder management with a high sense of end-to-end ownership and drive towards strategic goals & deliveryProved experience in IT processes and management activities.Familiar with software engineering processes.Willingness to learn about new technologies and impulse their adoption.Innovation mindset.Languages: English and Spanish proficiency.We offer you the opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment, taking part in new projects.Within our benefits as employee, we provide:Competitive salary + variable compensationHybrid mobile work (60% mobile work, 40% office workFlexible entering hours30 working days of holidaysAnnual Training PlanMercedes-Benz benefits (Renting plans, employee discount) Gympass
