Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to design and implement innovative IT solutions that align with our business objectives.
You will play a crucial role in consulting with both internal and external stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend effective solutions.
Consult with internal and external customers to investigate, analyze, and model business activities and problems, recommending appropriate IT solutions.
Utilize the requirements engineering process to ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, realistic, and testable.
Leverage advanced IT resources to create and implement effective IT solutions.
Communicate solutions clearly to all stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical staff.
Model and evaluate business processes for existing and prospective customers.
Collaborate with business leaders to align the IT roadmap with business strategy, incorporating the latest trends in service technology.
Assist in the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and project budget planning.
Qualifications Qualifications.
A degree in a related field (such as an MBA in Business, Computer Science, or Programming) or an industry-recognized qualification in Business Analysis, System Architecture, or Project Management.
Desired Skills and Experience.
Proven experience in designing IT solutions and a solid IT/computer science background.
Exposure to project management and experience working in structured projects.
Familiarity with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business model.
Experience in modeling and mapping business processes.
Knowledge of budget planning and financial forecasting.
Soft Skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence others.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure within tight timeframes.
Strong logical and objective thinking abilities.
Technical Skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of business process mapping, business systems design, IT architecture, software development methodologies, contact center software solutions, unified communications solutions, and big data/data mining technologies.
