Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
Manage and lead diverse project teams to deliver on project objectives
Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure they are tracked and updated as required
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders
Manage project resources and budget effectively
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations
Provide regular project updates to senior management

A successful IT Project Manager should have
A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
At least 5 years of experience in project management within software industry
Proficiency in English
Experience working in Agile teams
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PMP certification and PMO experience is a plus
