Panda SAP is the main application for over 20+ Management Reporting Companies in the APAC region to manage E2E supply Chian and finance control business process in APAC.
As part of the IM ERP team, we are looking for a Technical Product Owner with an in-depth and broad understanding of business processes and application design, coupled with skills to manage relationships with partners across Business and Technology.
The position is responsible for Business process alignment, Requirements definition, Functional solution ownership and Product development oversight.
The role is leading entire IT product/squad team to design, CSV validation and delivery of SAP new capabilities, aligned with IM business strategy and objectives.
And drives technical innovation and evolution through the product deployments.
Responsibilities Functional solution owner.
Help carve out the vision and priorities for the Finance ERP product.
Responsible for “building the right thing”, realizing the product roadmap, goals, and business value.
Responsible for overall solution design and quality of the product.
Retain a reliable and integrated solution across all Finance capabilities.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the functional domain, possessing both in-depth process and in-depth technology knowledge.
Designing lean and effective cross module processes.
Solid understanding of integration within the various SAP modules and able to propose effective integrations with internal and external partners (customers, suppliers, service providers).
Business process alignment.
Act as strategic partner for Finance business leaders.
Consult the business owners in prioritization of initiatives and identification of improvements.
Initiate and implement improvements to support the business’ strategic objectives.
Help shape the technology strategy and negotiate technology options with business partners.
Retain expert knowledge of changing business processes and the subsequent impact on applications.
Assess how processes are adopted and used by different user groups and geographies.
Drives adoption and use of the product across business teams in Pharma Finance Partner with business owner to ensure the SLA is met.
Reports back to the business on the status of the delivery of features, functionality, and applications.
Product development oversight.
Define the product vision and roadmap including new features and enhancements and communicate to the squad team.
Responsible for coordination and oversight of product enhancements, supervising progress of product development in the context of the larger program.
Prioritize and plan the implementation of enhancements, balancing between standards, strategies, and business needs.
Define and implement improvement plans.
Assume full ownership throughout the system lifecycle for the product.
Responsible for User Stories and Solution Design.
Consulting Technology experts during Functional Design, Technical Design, Build (ABAP, Security) and Technical Testing.
Responsible for User Acceptance testing and Key User training.
Incorporates user feedback and insights into the next build iteration.
Perform a leading role within the Finance HPT team, using Agile methodologies and the PMx framework, driving collaboration with other Technology groups such as Technology Services, Technology Compliance, Heads of Technology, and other Product Lines.
Act as key technical advisor to project teams and/or manage medium to large sized projects.
Define project scope, business benefits, project budget and potential risks & constraints.
As Project Manager responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of the project.
Review and approve changes to the application.
This role will report to the Panda ERP Product owner for Pharma APAC.
will be part of the extended PL management team and take a leadership role in improving organization, processes, and technical solutions.
Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields 7-10 years relevant experience in IT Finance & Deliver domain and working with SAP Technology.
Deep understanding of finance control business processes in the Pharma industry.
Ability to align complex architecture to business strategies and initiatives.
Strong IT background with a consistent record of delivering results, validated leadership, influencing skills, interdependent partnering skills, communication as well as critical thinking skills, creative and flexible problem solver, and process focus.
Agile development experience, SDLC methodology, Risk management Ability to estimate effort and budget for project objectives and prioritize work items appropriately.
Experience in effectively collaborating cross-functionally while handling partner expectations without formal authority.
Knowledge of JIRA Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in high pressure, sensitive situations.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes.
Consistent track record of delivering projects with bold timelines and sprints; can drive solutions quickly and efficiently with high value.
Solid experience crafting technical solutions for business problems; understands both business processes and technical solutions.
Experience working in end-to-end solution teams with sophisticated integrations.
Able to handle complexity and ambiguity, willing to learn and understand business landscape to support current complex legacy and new product portfolio.
Travel percentage – 20%, national or international.
Preferred.
Deep understanding SoX/GxP/FDA etc compliance audits and requirements.
Certification s.
SAP ECC6 or S4 Finance; FPx; PMx, SDLC etc.
Language.
