IT GOVERNANCE / PMO

Head IT Office Management will be responsible for leading a corporate wide portfolio office overseeing all change and transformation initiatives. You’ll manage, develop and improve organization wide delivery processes which will be vital to the delivery of technological initiatives - providing transparency, consistency, and support mechanisms to ensure success. We’re looking for an exceptional individual with extensive experience using PM methodology. You’ll need to have bags of energy and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex information into something understandable for a wide range of stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Head the IT Office Management within a matrix organization, will lead and develop best practices and standards to enable the successful delivery of a broad range of projects using established processes. - Head of IT Office Management reporting to CIO, being a main point of contact for our internal clients (the global IT Leaders) as well IT third parties. He/she will be leading a team of 5 people with different expertise who will oversee management and coordination of the reporting /analytics, Finance / Planning, Vendors / Audit and People/Quality. - He/She will play a key role regarding the Steering, Governance, Budget, Sourcing, Quality and Key Performance indicators. You will manage a portfolio of projects and systems (150- 200 applications) and the budget allocated for each business unit. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leading the IT Office Management Team, setting goals and objectives and ensuring the achievement of those. - Partner with IT Leaders to ensure initiatives have businesses cases that are clear in terms of their rationale, alignment with our strategy, cost and benefits - Collect, analyze and present the information for KPIs related to Project status, Finance & Efficiency, IT Operations, IT Continuity, IT Risk, IT Vendor - Work with the finance business partners to manage the investment processes, facilitate the forums and provide the required reporting. Tracking IT budget within the IT Heads - Manage the relation and contribute on the negotiation with the key IT vendors, ensuring the service level follow-up exists for critical third-party applications; - Maintenance of the inventory of the IT vendors contracts. - Define and ensure Group IT Governance policies and procedures globally. - Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed effectively - Ensure a Demand management process is defined and track, the different team players follow the process, and the game rules accordingly; as well she/he has to ensure the demand/project portfolio exists and is accurately updated. EXPERIENCE - At least 8 years of experience in project management, leading teams and products development, combining a previous experience in an (internal or external) client-facing role, collaborating with users and technical IT people. - Excellent communication - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level, tailoring messages appropriately. - High understanding of financial markets and the technology supporting it. - Demonstrated experience in steering committees and successful project management. - Ability to work closely with different teams, stakeholders and partners, feeling confidence to deal with senior and demanding stakeholders on a daily basis. - Participation in any transformational project (Technical, organizational, Agile) is highly appreciated. - High Experience with budget management and cost optimization with strong analytical skills. - Ability to take initiatives, with desire and flexibility to take ownership and drive key topics. - Continuous improvement mindset. - Excellent attention to detail and high quality of reporting outputs - Hands on, pragmatic and delivery focused - Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across borders and cultures. - Language requirements: full professional proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
