IT DATA MANAGEMENT (TEMPORARY)

At Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, we are looking for a person to join our Data Management department as an integral part of the Finance and Controlling area Purpose of the positionTo build and maintain robust data management systems that support the organization's data needs, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and secure for business decision-making and operations.Main tasks Reporting: Developing and maintaining reporting solutions to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate data insights. This includes creating dashboards, generating regular reports, and ensuring that reporting tools are integrated with data management systemsETL Processes: Creating and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently moved from source systems to target systems. Particular attention is required during the month closing process to ensure that data is correctly loaded, accurate, and free of errors.Data Modeling: Developing and maintaining data models to support business requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity.Data Quality Assurance: Implementing data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.Data Solutions Development: Designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data management processes, data models, and system configurations.Automation: Automating repetitive data management tasks to improve efficiency and reduce the potential for errors.Who are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering or EngineeringMinimum of 4 years of previous experience in similar positionsLanguages: Spanish (Native), English (B2), Portuguese (Valuable)Experience in the financial and/or automotive sector is a plusSpecific Know How: Database management, ETL processes, and data modeling. (mandatory)Proficiency in using reporting and visualization tools (Power BI). (mandatory)Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python (mandatory)Knowledge of data quality, governance, and security practices (mandatory)MS Office (Excel, Word, PwP) (mandatory)OLAP: IBM TM1, etc (Valuable)We are looking for an analytical person with problem-solving skills, communication abilities, who can adapt to changes and make proactive decisions.But...
