DDIT IM Germany & Region Europe Team is looking for a Patients Services Associate Director.
This role involves defining and executing a dynamic roadmap, ensuring that Global Solutions align with the needs of European Markets.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in measuring Patients Services Products Adoption and defining and maintaining a rigorous regional Governance.
Patient Services Products describe programs or initiatives to improve access, usage, and adherence to medicinal products.
PSPs provide direct-to-patient services typically from onboarding through ongoing treatment; working on these initiatives means helping patients actively and in different ways - by taking an active role in managing their health and care, including providing disease awareness and education, but also financial and non financial assistance.
This position will collaborate as well with Global Patients & Advance Therapies Product Teams, with the goal to provide solutions that improve access, usage, and adherence to medicinal products for our patients.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to.
• Implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
• Ensure on-time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible function/service area.
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, and products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc with right stakeholder representation.
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible function/service area.
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness • Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
• Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures.

Role Requirements • Solid Experience in IT/Technical Product Management within an Enterprise level organization • Experience with CRM / Salesforce • Proficiency in English (oral & written) • Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
• Strong cross functional leadership, Process management, Strategy Development, Operations Management and Execution Project Management Nice to have.
• Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry or similar industries.
• Languages.
German • Experience on Web, Consent Management, Digital Content Management Solutions • Technical Background
