ObjetivosIdentificar oportunidades de inversión en fondos nacionales e internacionales y liderar todas las fases de inversión: screening, análisis, modelización financiera, due diligence, negociación y cierreElaborar planes de inversión y negociar acuerdos de distribución con fondos y fondos de fondos de Private Equity, Venture Capital e Infraestructuras, entre otrosResponsabilidadesTrabajar la buena relación con gestoras nacionales e internacionalesIdentificar tendencias y posibles nuevas oportunidades de inversiónAnalizar y monitorear las tendencias de los diferentes mercadosElaborar modelos financierosAnalizar y elaborar documentación sobre las inversiones propuestas y preparación de presentaciones al Consejo y Comités de inversionesParticipación en procesos de Due DiligenceParticipación en la negociación de documentación contractualApoyar y coordinar los cierres de las operacionesSeguir la evolución de las inversiones ya realizadasParticipar en el levantamiento de nuevos vehículos y estrategiasRequisitosGraduado/a en ADE con especialidad en finanzas o ingeniería/matemáticasSe valora MBA o CFA IIIExperiencia previa en departamentos de selección de producto para banco o gestora internacionalExperiencia profesional desde 5 a 15 años, se valora experiencia internacionalNivel muy alto de inglésQué ofrecemosSalario muy competitivo con un componente fijo y variable.
