Ensuring the good settlement of invoices in due time Chasing up bad payers and following processes on debt recovery Q&A of the internal documentation related to billing (B2B & B2C) Discover new opportunities for process improvements Assist Customer Success Managers in the billing strategy to apply Working cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer serviceProfessional level of French & English requiredPassion for data and numbersGood proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Hubspot / Notion / Stripe highly appreciatedAccountability / Administration studies is preferable, bachelor level minimumProfessional experience (including internships) in a B2B Saas start-up as a billing admin will be valuedProven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and targetsEnthusiastic and passionateStrong interest in the tech environmentGood attention to detail and organisational skillsSomeone who likes to be challenged and learn new things
