We are looking for motivated and passionate people with a high sense of responsibility to carry out their functions.What we offer you:At Dentaid we offer you a position so that you can develop as a professional in a multidisciplinary work team where you will share knowledge and visions with professionals from different specialties.Number of vacation days well above the industry average.Flexible entry and exit hours from Monday to Thursday and on Friday you will have the opportunity to do an intensive schedule.Flexible compensation.Discount on Dentaid products and other discounts on events and services for being part of our company.Intensive day in July and August.Hybrid workplace.What will your mission be?The International Finance Manager will play a key role in managing and supervising the business of the Group's international subsidiaries.Responsibilities: This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, transparency and integrity of all international financial activities and for providing a global strategic vision that contributes to the company's growth and profitability in international markets.Main functions:International Financial Management: Coordinate and oversee all financial activities of subsidiaries in different countries to ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with the group's overall financial objectives.Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision making at the international level.Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the company complies with all international and local financial regulations and stay abreast of regulatory changes that may affect the company.Risk Management: Identify and manage international risks, implementing strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.Budget and Planning: Assist in the development of international budgets and strategic financial planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.International Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with subsidiaries in different countries to ensure effective communication and collaboration with each other and with HQ, including standardization of financial practices where necessary.Treasury Management: Oversee international treasury management, including liquidity, investment and financing.Supervision of Financial Teams: Supervise and develop an international and multicultural financial team, ensuring that objectives are met and that the growth and development of team members is promoted.What you need:Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management or Engineering with a Business specialization.High level of English.Excellent level of Excel.Strong technical skills in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and knowledge of financial tools and software.Ability to communicate with managers and transversal management.Dentaid is a company that ensures equal opportunities and diversity, not being discriminatory in terms of race, religion, nationality, gender, age, functional diversity.If you want to have the opportunity to be part of an oral health company, with headquarters in Cerdanyola del Vallès, and subsidiaries located in Europe and Latin America and whose purpose is to promote and improve the oral health of people throughout their lives, why? you wait?Sign up now!
