Descripción Reporting to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be responsible for.
Managing the purchasing conditions within the assigned scope Organizing and conducting commercial negotiations with international FMCG brands Achieving the defined goals within the scope of responsibility Monitoring the assigned scope and analyzing trends across categories, products, and suppliers Ensuring the reliability and completeness of supplier and product referencing within the scope Ensuring compliance with regulations related to commercial relations and practices Optimizing global financial conditions in line with the group's commercial policies Collaborating with the administrative and commercial teams of the European purchasing center, as well as the FMCG purchasing and offer teams across the countries Acting as the main contact between global manufacturer teams and national merchandise teams Managing a negotiation coordinator responsible for the operational implementation of negotiations ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Education & Work Experience Degree from a business or engineering school Minimum of 5 years of experience purchasing international FMCG brands for retail companies or buying International professional experience Strong knowledge of retail and FMCG markets Technical & Professional Skills Functional management capabilities Well-developed internal networking skills Ability to manage complexity Highly organized and structured Strong sense of autonomy and responsibility Resilience under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented, with a multicultural mindset and agile, start-up spirit Quick to respond and adaptable to change Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
