INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATE / TRAFFIC MANAGER (M/F/D)

DATAVENTURE has been developing digital acquisition solutions for advertisers for over 10 years, catering to their goals of national or local digital conquest. Since 2023, we have structured our activities by bringing together two expert companies in the sector. The group is organized with two French entities, a Spanish subsidiary centralizing our international activity (across Europe), and local representations in other markets. Based in Paris and Barcelona, our team of 70 collaborators relies on our proprietary assets and an extensive network of partners to design, manage, and optimize multi-lever campaigns dedicated to our clients' ROI.To support the structuring of its rapid growth, the group is seeking an International Affiliate Manager (M/F/D) based in Barcelona. 🚀📝 Job Description: As an Affiliate Manager, you are responsible for deploying all our advertisers' budgets across our partner network. In this role, your tasks include:Managing a portfolio of publishers (email, comparators, media partners...)Activating campaigns across the entire publisher networkAnalyzing, reporting, and providing recommendations to the International Business CoordinatorIdentifying/recruiting new partnersContributing to the acquisition strategy for our clientsProviding technical support to the network for campaign deployment👤 Profile:Smart and open-minded, you value the responsibilities entrusted to youJoining a small team interests you in your career pathGraduated from a business school - Digital Marketing - E-commerce backgroundPrevious experience as a Traffic/Affiliate Manager 🌟 Desired Skills:Passionate about the web and/or e-commerce and/or web marketing, you want to work in this fieldComfortable in oral communication and able to maintain a high level of discourse qualityMotivated to achieve your goalsGood mastery of the Microsoft Office suiteFluency in English and Spanish is mandatoryInvolved, curious, rigorous, and in a good mood :)🤝 Offered Conditions:Young and modern company, ideally located in the heart of the city (Barcelona)Joining a growing "group" of three entitiesPartial remote work possibleReal opportunities to evolve, develop, and build a career that suits youRemuneration based on profile
