Enhance the company visibility and influence upon employees, authorities and institutions, healthcare professionals, investors and the media.RolesDefine Iberia internal & external communications strategy & plan (digital/offline). Managing communication objectives; target audiences, messages; resources; specific actions and activities. Monitoring and evaluation of impact, success and opportunity for improvement; ongoing refinement of the strategy.Define and implement internal communications initiatives to support the company’s culture.Define and implement external communications initiatives to support business growth and ensure consistency in the positioning of the Company’s corporate image building. Enhance the credibility and brand positioning. Add dimension to the brands, using storytelling and campaign and draft communications materials. Websites update.Monitor and assure good practices in brand applications (Marketing, Commercial, and other areas)Support Global communications strategy of the company and adapt it to the local needs.Required StudiesBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related fieldRequired professional experience2-3 years of experience in corporate communications / PR at a global pharma company or a PR agency catering to the Pharma IndustryExperience in managing the implementation of communications strategies and policiesKnowledge of the digital & social media networks rules and dynamics.We are searching a person with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and who brings public speaking experience and the ability to represent the organization in a variety of settings, including the media.Excellent presentation skills and excellent communication skills is a must.If you have the required experience and training and you are seeking to join a challenging project in one of the main companies in the sector, do not hesitate to apply!
