We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.Mission: Lead and manage the technological infrastructure of the organization with experience and strategic vision, supporting the company's position as a leader in the automotive sector.Responsibilities:-Develop and execute medium and long-term strategies for IT/OT technological infrastructures.Implement and maintain systems that meet quality, availability and security requirements.-Supervise networks and systems, ensuring their performance and security.-Establish, implement, comply with and enforce security policies related to IT and OT technological infrastructures in coordination with the cybersecurity team.-Manage technology service providers, negotiating contracts and evaluating their quality.Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, proposing innovative and sustainable solutions.-Lead and supervise the IT and OT technological infrastructure teams, promoting their professional development and collaboration.
