Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Responsabilidades.
Evaluar riesgos cibernéticos y definir planes de mitigación.
Crear y aplicar políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de información.
Organizar pruebas de penetración y auditorías de seguridad.
Colaborar con equipos de IT y líderes empresariales para priorizar temas de seguridad.
Monitorear amenazas y adaptar estrategias de seguridad.
¿Qué necesitas para encajar en el puesto? Experiencia.
Mínimo 6 años en gestión de riesgos y seguridad de la información, con al menos 2 años en roles de liderazgo.
Formación.
Licenciatura (mínimo), preferiblemente Maestría.
Certificaciones en Seguridad (CISSP, ISO x) son altamente valoradas.
Idiomas.
Inglés fluido (escrito y hablado).
Habilidades clave.
Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, capacidad de influencia y orientación al servicio al cliente.
Conocimientos técnicos.
Familiaridad con estándares de seguridad (ISO, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSCF), seguridad de redes y aplicaciones, y protección de datos (GDPR).
Ingles fluido, lengua vehicular.
