With our greatest assets - our premium spirits and our people - we're driving growth through impactful marketing, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.Indirects Procurement Specialist (6 months Fixed-Term Contract)The following position is open in Madrid, Spain.What makes this a great opportunity?Opportunity to belong to a Global team in a multicultural environment by sitting in the Madrid OfficeDynamic and growing organization where creative ideas are more than welcome.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport to Indirect Procurement Manager for executing the strategy of sourcing all needs for Indirect Category Spend - Travel, Fleet, Telecoms and Facilities.Support to Indirect Procurement Manager on overall Source to Pay – ARIBA implementation efforts in alignment with Indirect Procurement, building process capability for ongoing maintenance of Indirects in those identified areas of opportunityNew vendors on boarding processEnsure principals of Procurement PolicyEnsure Sourcing has followed guidelines and Procurement involvement set out in Procurement PolicyDetermine needs for contract if spend is above Procurement Policy threshold.Ensure deviations from Net 60 terms are appropriate, acquire approval for terms other than Net 60.Daily SAP check for POs that need approval.Approves POSupport implementation of Indirect Procurement Strategy and procedures that are innovative, cost-effective and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within Beam Suntory across the region.Support implementation and future maintenance of new officesCar Fleet contracting and maintenance controller in EEMEAQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in business related discipline or equivalent experience.Demonstrable experience in Procurement and Business change projects of minimum three years in a fast moving and energetic Business environment.SAP related to Procurement Process from sourcing to payment.
