INDIRECT TAX TEAM LEADER

Hello there! We’re VOIS (also known as Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) and we’re looking for an Indirect Tax Team Leader   Your role in a nutshell.
As an Indirect Tax Team Leader you will support indirect tax compliance, optimal tax efficiency and cash generation in line with the Group tax risk strategy while leading a team of 5 Tax Accountants.
You will have a key role in coordinating the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit.
What you'll do.
Takes ownership of technical decision-making.
Reviews the team's work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Engages and leads the team to effectively reach operational targets.
Builds relationships with stakeholders and acts as the first escalation point.
Sets controls and drives process improvements to maximise efficiency.
Organizes workflow of the team in a well-described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn repetitive tasks.
Manages performance of the team, sets targets, evaluates results.
Fosters collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processes.
Acts as methodology leader for own process/ team or comparable teams.
What you will bring to our team.
3+ years of experience gained in taxation/accounting/ finance, strong knowledge of indirect taxation 1-2 years of people management experience is an advantage Fluency in English  Qualification in accounting/finance/economics Experience gained in a multinational environment; SSC experience is an advantage Advanced MS Excel knowledge SAP knowledge is an advantage Accuracy, attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional customer service mentality, flexible approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities       In return, we provide you with.
