IBERIA FINANCE DIRECTOR - ALCALÁ DE HENARES AND GUADALAJARA

Dónde vas a trabajar? Multinational manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Director (Iberia) based in Alcalá de Henares (office) and near Guadalajara (plant).
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, with minimum 3-5 years as Finance Director/ Finance Manager in a multinational company with international reporting.
Experience in Manufacturing/ Engineering companies is a must.
Very high English level is a must.
No remote working is permitted, with some flexibility.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Reporting to the Iberia Country Manager and to the Group's VP Finance, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions.
Mission Organize and support the strategic planning designed by the company and, thus, create a project based on the objectives set.
Identify and establish the main performance objectives (Indicators), to convert them into measurable principles that can be analyzed.
Select and filter information related to finances, costs, budgets, etc., in order to be able to foresee future events that may occur.
To inform and advise the Management Committee on the conclusions obtained after the analytical study carried out, so as to anticipate decision making in order to keep the company's objectives on track.
Serve as a support to the General Management and all departments so that the most appropriate decisions are taken through a specific analysis of the budgets, ensuring at all times, the balance and continuity of the company.
Main Functions Oversee accounting operations at the General level.
invoicing, cost accounting, inventory records, etc.
Ensure that outstanding payments from customers, suppliers and other collaborators are received correctly and on time.
Set up and control the company's bank accounts, as well as the active corporate credit cards.
Treasury.
Prepare, consolidate and publish financial balances and group reports at the end of each month.
Design and submit financial reports to Group, Closing annual accounts and balance sheets.
Prepare and submit all state and municipal tax forms on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Communicate, on an ongoing basis, with the finance team and management committee to formulate the company's financial strategy.
Collaborate with external auditors, lawyers, advisors....
of the company through the audit process.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? University Degree in Business or Finance.
MBA or Master in Finance will be a plus The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, with minimum 3-5 years as Finance Director/ Finance Manager in a multinational company with international reporting.
Previous experience in a Big 4 will be a plus.
Experience in Manufacturing/ Industrial/ Engineering companies will be a must.
Well developed analytical skills.
Business understanding.
Very high level of English (minimum C1).
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is a must for this position.
Management and analysis software tools (SAP, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Excel...).
