About the role .
Are you a data enthusiast with a passion for optimizing HR processes through technology? We are seeking a talented HR Systems & Data Analyst to be a pivotal force in shaping our People Operations.
In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and actionable insights, ensuring our HR systems run flawlessly and our data integrity is impeccable.
You will play a key and principal role in our upcoming HRIS project, driving its success and transforming our HR landscape.

HR Data Stewardship.
Focus on the technical aspects of HR data and systems, managing hard data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Data Management Excellence.
Responsible for the collection, cleaning, and maintenance of HR data from various sources, including our HRIS and ATS.
Process Optimization.
Ensure the correct running of HR processes by actively monitoring and refining system workflows.
Data Integrity & Security.
Guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and security across all HR platforms.
Reporting & Insights.
Generate standard reports and develop complex ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.
Data Visualization.
Create basic data visualizations to present information clearly and effectively.
System Support.
Provide essential system support for all HR technology platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
Data-Driven Focus.
Primary focus is on the management and reporting of HR data within systems.
HRIS Transformation.
Play a principal role in the change management and implementation of our new HRIS project, leveraging your expertise to drive successful adoption and optimization.
About you.
Technical Proficiency.
Expert on Excel/Google Sheets.
Project & Consultation.
Proven Project Management / Consultant experience.
Automation Skills.
Experience using automation applications (e.
., Power Automate, Make).
HRIS Mastery.
Experience managing HRIS platforms.
Analytical Edge.
Valuable experience with SQL and Python.
Language Fluency.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
