As an HR Project Manager within PXT team at Amazon, you'll contribute to the success of Amazon’s employee experience, including Associates, Leaders and peers.
Key job responsibilities-Project and Program Implementation.
Lead the launch and monitoring of HR programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.-Operational Optimization.
Use data to identify operational challenges, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.-Collaborative Practices.
Work closely with different Amazon departments, sharing and adopting best practices within a program environment to support Spain Operational Sites.-Stakeholder Engagement.
Manage internal processes, define standards, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary teams to overcome operational challenges.
