e're currently looking for an HR INTERN to join our HR Team in Barcelona.
his is an internship role aimed at people currently studying a Law degree or a Labour Relations degree in Universitat of Barcelona or Pompeu Fabra.
If you're studying a masters degree in this field, you're also welcome to apply, but you heed to have a previous HR/Law degree awarded by a Spanish UniversityAs an HR Assistant, you will.
Assist in the daily operations of the HR department.
Compile and update employee records and documentation.
Prepare and deliver contractual documentation (extensions, changes in the contractual conditions, etc) Manage Social Security movements in the CASIA system Manage HR related queries according to internal procedures as well as the applicable labour law regulations To provide support to other department procedures as required
