HR OPERATIONS OFFICER

At Iberostar, we are looking for an HR Operations Officer to join our Human Resources team in Aruba.

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as HR Operations Officer will be to provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient and compliant HR services.
What will your day-to-day look like as an HR Operations Officer in Aruba? -Coordinate onboarding and orientation schedules for new employees.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Accurately input data into HR systems (such as attendance, benefits, and employee changes).
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating interview logistics and communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits by ensuring accurate and organized HR documentation.
- Suggest and support process improvements within the HR function.
- Provide administrative backup and support to other HR areas when needed.
What impact will you have? - Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Help maintain accurate and reliable HR data and documentation.
- Deliver responsive and professional HR support across departments.
- Contribute to internal service excellence and compliance with HR standards Requisitos What are we looking for? - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or operations.
- Knowledge of HR systems and general HR practices.
- Fluency in English (Spanish or Papiamento is a plus).
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and Google Workspace tools.
